The Corner Mouth Lift, also known as Grin Lift or Smile Lift, is a simple surgery used to correct downturned corners of the mouth.

Patients with downturned corners of the mouth tend to look sad or angry (even when they are not!) at resting position.

This is a simple, straightforward surgery performed in the clinic under local anesthesia. Here, the excess skin weighing down the corners of the mouth is excised. The muscles are replicated higher, setting them in a permanent and friendly-looking position. The marionette lines will also be improved at the same time, leading to a youthful smile.

Many patients get a corner mouth lift done at the same time as a bullhorn lip lift. The procedure takes 45 minutes to complete. No suture removal is required.
